SALES AND RETURNS POLICY

At JM CYCLING COMPONENTS S.L., we are committed to providing quality service and customer satisfaction. The following is our return policy for Unîca bicycles, SiSLENT components and other brands.

Sale of Unîca Bicycles: Unîca bicycles are exclusive, customised products, designed with meticulous attention to detail. Each bike is made to order and goes through several specific processes to meet the highest quality standards. Because of this exclusivity and customisation, once a Unîca bicycle is purchased, no returns are accepted. In cancellations, if the bicycle is still in the manufacturing phase and not finished, if the bicycle has been paid in full, the amount will be refunded minus what has been manufactured, in case of having paid 50% (deposit), the amount will be refunded minus what has been manufactured.

Sale of SiSLENT components and other brands: For SiSLENT components and other brands, we offer the possibility of return under certain conditions. If you wish to return a component, please note the following:

1. Condition of the Product

The component must be in the same condition in which it was purchased, with no signs of use, damage or modification.

2. Return/Exchange Period

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the component to request a return or exchange. We recommend that you notify us as soon as possible to speed up the process.

3. Return Procedure

You must contact our customer service team through the channels indicated on our website. 4. Return costs

The shipping costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer, except in the case of defective products or errors by JM CYCLING COMPONENTS S.L.

Once we receive the returned component and its condition is verified, we will proceed to make the refund in the same payment method used during the purchase. In case you prefer a credit for future purchases, we will offer you that option.

It is important to note that any damage caused during the return transport will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using the original or suitable packaging and a reliable courier service to minimise any possible incidents.
