We talk
You tell us how you ride: whether you go for long distances or high pace, whether you ride road, gravel or mountain, your level, your geometry and your goals. With that we already have a lot.
By email, phone or a visit to the Factory.
- 02
We configure together
We design your UNÎCA. We choose frame, size, groupset, wheels, cockpit, saddle and finishes. If you want something specific that isn't in our standard configurator, we'll talk about it. That's the advantage of not being a big brand. You receive a proposal with several price options: you decide how far you want to go.

We build
Once the configuration is confirmed, the build begins. Our mechanics build your bike by hand at our Factory in Barcelona. Every part goes through quality control. The frame is prepped, the drivetrain dialed in, the wheels trued. No rush.
3–4 weeks for custom configurations · 48 h for standard Factory creations.

You receive it. Ready
Your UNÎCA arrives with a basic bike fit included. If you're near Barcelona, we invite you to come pick it up and we do the fine-tuning together. If you receive it by shipping, the bike arrives professionally packed, ready to assemble in minutes.

Fine-tuning on delivery day. If something doesn't fit, we fine-tune it.

What UNÎCA Experience is
Organized rides, curated routes, presentations of new models and moments where the UNÎCA community shares what brings them together: the love of riding well. From gravel loops on the Vallès trails to road rides along the Costa Brava. From intimate events at the Factory to taking part in major cycling races.

BUYING A UNÎCA, NO NOISE NO SURPRISES
We don't sell online. We sell through conversation and closeness
Because a UNÎCA isn't chosen in two clicks or pulled from a warehouse: it starts by listening to you, understanding how you pedal and defining together which bike makes sense to create. Even so, the path from idea to pedaling is clear. No shortcuts, no fine print and no improvisations. This is what happens when you decide to create yours.

QUOTE
We send you a detailed proposal with three build and price options. Clear, grounded and with no commitment.
- 02
DEPOSIT
To get production rolling, we ask for a 30% deposit. With it you lock the price and we set the estimated delivery date. Remember that, together with our partners, we can also evaluate your old bike — if it passes the check, it could be part of the payment.

SELECTION, MODIFICATIONS AND BUILD
This is where it really starts: sizes, ergonomics, creativity, paint, build and quality control. The usual lead time is 3 to 4 weeks for a custom UNÎCA and 48 hours for a standard Factory LAB build (although that's rare, since it only happens if we have one coming back from a bike show).

FINAL PAYMENT
One week before delivery you settle the remaining amount, by bank transfer, card or financing.

DELIVERY
You can pick up your UNÎCA at the Factory LAB, with fine-tuning included, or have it delivered wherever you are with professional packaging and everything ready so it arrives as it deserves. During the delivery process we'll baptize your bike and you'll become part of our community.

You can come pick up your UNÎCA at the Factory LAB or have it delivered to you.

- Shipping within mainland Spain — with professional packaging and ready to assemble.
- Shipping within the EU — coordinated with a specialized carrier.

FINANCING
Your UNÎCA can also be financed for up to 36 months. When you receive the quote, we help you calculate the installment that best fits you and send you a clear simulation, so you can decide with all the information on the table.

CUSTOM UNÎCA — We don't work with templates. Almost everything is on the table, except some color combinations and certain symbology that just doesn't make the cut. If your grandma would side-eye it, so do we.
